Recently I've identified myself urinating really oftem, really thristy, and feeling very nauseated when I have eaten one thing in a couple of hours. Could this possibly be symptons of diabetes?

Diabetes does operate in the loved ones and I just found out that two much more realitives had been diagnosed. They are significantly older though, I'm only 23. I'm hoping that I am just being paranoid.

What are the signs and symptoms and what can I do to make positive I don't get them if at all feasible?
